Meridian for Schools
Plan the whole school year in one place.
One shared view of departments, courses, calendars and goals for school leaders and teaching staff.
Organize
Set it up the way your school runs.
Departments, courses and staff meetings each get a place, so nothing lives in a side chat or a spreadsheet.
Departments and year groups
Group your people the way the school actually runs, so every department and year team has its own space.
Courses and cohorts
Set up each course or cohort with a lead teacher and its members. People only see the programs they belong to.
A steady staff rhythm
Weekly staff meetings and termly reviews repeat on their own, with a shared calendar and shared tasks behind them.
Stay on top of it
Know how the term is going.
Termly goals with check-ins
Set the targets for the term, then check in on them as the weeks go by. Anything gone quiet is easy to spot.
Comments and documents on every task
Staff can discuss a task, goal or event and attach what it needs, like a term plan or a timetable. Files stay private to the people who can see the item.
Reports leaders can use
See completion rates by department and by program, and export what you need as CSV or PDF for the board.
Your own join page
Staff join with your school email domain. Anyone else can be held for your approval. Your school name and logo sit on the page.
Start with a staff pilot
Up to 50 staff, set up by us. Bring a list of your departments and courses, and we will have the workspace ready for your team.
Schools are on our Enterprise plan. See the standard plans for comparison.
Questions
Straight answers.
Do students get accounts?
Not yet. The pilot is for staff: leaders, teachers and administrators. Meridian does not replace your learning platform, and it does not do grades, attendance or timetables.
What about student information?
The pilot does not need student records. You can read how we handle personal data in our Privacy Policy, and we are happy to talk through any questions before you decide.
Can staff share documents?
Yes. Staff can comment on any task, goal or event and attach PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, image, CSV or text files of up to 4 MB, ten per item. Only people who can see the item can open its files.
How do staff sign in?
With an email and password. Two-factor authentication is available to every member, and Meridian keeps prompting people to turn it on. Anyone with an address on your school domain can join through your join page. Single sign-on is not available yet.
How many people can we add?
The standard Organization plan includes 10 seats. A school pilot can have up to 50 staff, and larger schools are set up on Enterprise with seats agreed with you.
What does it cost?
Schools are on Enterprise, with pricing agreed with you. Tell us the size of your staff and we will come back with a clear number.
Ready to run the year from one place?
